hola marcos, me gustaria saber si has escuchado hablar de “VIVA EN AUSTRALIA”, es una agencia migratoria que trabaja en sudamerica, y tiene una oficina en lima-perÃº. Me gustaria saber si esta agencia esta reconocida ante el MARA, pues estoy pensando solicitar sus servicios para un visado y quiero saber si son serios.

Glad you read my comment, Mark – albeit a bit late.

Is there a forum/platform to feed in thoughts/suggestions to MARA or DIAC on possible improvements in app processing ? If you are aware, pls share. Living there, I'm sure you'll have found many things that can be improved wrt immi, right ??

I am planning to migrate Australia, to start the process I am lookiing for a Registerd agent.Please provide Regsitered Agents for Australia Migration @ India,hyderabad.

I think the MARA should move towards a point system for agents and let the applicants give feedback on the agents on the lines of –

1. Setting Expectations
2. Professionalism
3. Communication
4. Quality of Service

They should publish this information periodically on their website, for future applicants.

MARA can enusre that applicants refer to this published information, when choosing their agents. What say ? [The really good ones will anyway be up there!]

I don’t see how else to keep the agents on their toes and improve their quality of service (given the pots of money they charge as their fees!!). Seriously !!

Mara has a complaints procedure Girish but agents aren’t actually ‘rated’ as such (as far as I’m aware anyway)
