Default Where to stay Brisbane/Sunshine area

    Hi All,

Flying into Brisbane next week for 9 nights to validate.
Staying in Surfers for 5 nights, any ideas on where to stay/visit for
the remaining four nights(2 adults, 2 children 11 and 8).

    Cheers

    Colin

You mean the kids haven't annoyed you about going to australia zoo ? Its
about 60 mins north of brisbane, and you can see the glasshouse
mountains (need really mountains) , forest ... wifelife etc

    Noosa
is nice , but expensive... perhaps better to stay a couple of towns to
    the south, and drive in.

Sorry about being blunt but the fact remains; Only you know what kind of
hotel you like. Wait until you get there, there'll be plenty to choose from.

It amuses me when people write in and ask questions like "which is the best
    place to stay in Brisbane/Sydney?"
Why do people need to know that before they arrive? Everyone likes diff
things so make your own decision. Surely you wouldn't pick a place to live
    based on someone elses sayso.
