Any chance for following results not to be in the "capped and killed" group? Do we need to resit for IELTS?

Listening=7.5 / Reading=6.0 / Writing = 7.0 & Speaking = 8.0 (i.e. overall band score = 7.0)

My Time lines are close to your too. My medicals has expired, there is nothing much we can do but just wait to see what will be the out come. If we are lucky and our applications get processed we would have to do our medicals and pcc again, this is what my agent told me.

I hope we get are visa too, our your friends in the same visa category and same time lines. This gives me alot of hope.

what kinda occupations did ur friends nominate. i've heard that only the occupation on CSL might be given visas.

This is good to see that you got your job verification , Can you share your time line I mean , when you applied , in which Occupation you belong etc. Please also share about your friends who got their visas in the last month when and in which occupation they had applied , I am asking because I have also belong to BN-136 General Electrician and my application date is 28.08.2007 , job verification has been done Australian High comm. Pakistan in july 2009 but suddenly policy changed . So please share with complete answer what I have asked to you above . I will appreciate your all comments in this regards .

my friends occupations are electricans & motor mechanic,they did applied in Aug 2007,Mine is welder.
