    Default Melbourne B/B or Apartment?

We are looking for somewhere to stay for our first 2 weeks in Melbourne.
We would like to be out of the CBD but not too far, a twenty min ride
by tram or bus would be ideal. Can anyone recommend anywhere, be it bed
and breakfast, hotel, or apartment. Many thanks
    Regards Chris and Andrea

    Hi,

My migration agent helped me to book an apartment in CBD with a very
good price. You can call them for the discounted price quote.

    Best regards,

Can recommend www.shortstayapartments.com.au - but again it's CBD or
    Southbank only.

Check them as well. They are outside CBD.

We stayed here last year...the people running it were really nice and
the location and apartment were ideal.

    A good budget alternative is http://www.warwickbeachside.com.au/. It's
located in St. Kilda, across the street from the beach and just around
the corner from St. Kilda Road/Acland street and two tram lines.

We stayed there too...was a fantastic location. I seem to remember it
was for sale last time we drove past...I guess the new owners didn't
    like it much!
