Default Migrants to Melbourne? need a place to stay?

We arrived in Melbourne, from Europe, 6 months ago and are now settled
enough to offer new arrivals somewhere to stay, while you are looking
for a place of your own.
Our place - a 3 bedroom house - is in Hawthorn, near trains, trams and
    6kms from the CBD.
Wkly rent would be $95 for a single person, $175 for a couple plus
    bills.
We can pick you up from the airport and of course show you around the
area and help out with all the stuff you need to do when you arrive!

If you want to know more about us have a look at this link.

I'm sure you're looking for more permanent people, but we'll be down
there for a visa validation run during the last week of June, first week
of July. If it's possible to have a short-term stay at the time, it
    would be wonderful.

BTW, I assume you're German? I'm living in Germany currently (Im
    American).

PS, I might buy your book for a colleague of mine.. Looks like something
she and her husband would enjoy!
