As others have said its abroad question, but I have lived here for 3
years and can recomend these suburbs which I have lived in.

Mount Lawley - young, happening crowd, interesting reasonable priced
housing, great park (Hyde) good nightlife, relaxed atmosphere - but
definately not sleepy-old-Perth

Nedlands - Classic WA neighbourhood, amazing housing but very
expensive, right on the river and next to Kings Park - if you can
afford it move here!!

East Fremantle - great comunity atmosphere, great cute housing,
expensive but worth it, close to River and feels out of Perth...

Anyway, I also lived in Morley and Mosman Park which I would not
reccomend.
