How hard is it to bring animals from the UA to AU?

We have 2 dogs-

American Bulldog and Jack Russell Terrier...

both are less than 30 lbs right now...


I saw that pit bulls are illegal .. how about the american bulldog?

Do I have to provide registration papers?

Both are fine in Aus. The most important thing you need to find out is how
pet friendly they are where you plan to live. Where we are is very pet
un-friendly. It's very hard to find any place for a decent rental rate that
will take any sort of pet no matter the size. It will cost a great deal to
bring your dogs (aprox $5000 for our two cats) and a lot more to house them
if you don't do your research. We're paying about $450 more per month just
because we need a house that will take pets.

Regarding the pit bull regulations.... what if the dog is mixed with a
pit bull...

Half american bull dog / half pit bull???


Would this be allowed ?
