Is it easier to get citizenship in Fiji and Cook Islands than in
    Australia?

I'm not looking for a million dollar mansion or a private island
(which will be on all major US real estate networks, I'm sure) only a
house with a garden, near a beach somewhere, priced at "pacific
    islander" level. Any suggestions?

You cant afford property on any of those. the million dollar mansions, are
the average house, you are in tourist hog heaven and real estate is valuable
