transporting cat to Australia from the US Can anyone recommend a company which will help in transporting a cat to
Australia? Has anyone had experiences with Pet Express Animal
Transport? We have been impressed with talking with them on the phone,
but would like some opinions of people who have used them.

Hi Cath & Dave
This thread on another forum might be of interest to both of you:
http://gomatildaforums.com/eve/forum...2/m/3751041202
It seems that currently, it is taking longer to get cats intto
quarantine kennels than dogs. Especially Sydney, where a recent
land-slide destroyed some of the cat-part of the kennel. Bl--dy H-ll.
If it were my cat, I wouldn't agree to its being kennelled anywhere
near the possibility of land-slides. But apparently the
cat-quarantines are all booked solid for months to come, because of the
reduced capacity of the one in Sydney at present.
The poster on the thread has been looking into all this, so it might be
worth joining the Go Matilda forums and contacting her to see what
else she can tell you that might assist.
Good luck
Gill
