i am new to sydney and am looking for some advice on some topics :

I will be working for a comapny based out in West Ryde [ Ryde City]

1.Which sub urb near to West Ryde can I find Indian communities so
that i can take up an accomodation there and also the sub urb needs to
be safe as well with a low cost of living , being far from CBD is ok
with me
2.What will the approximate rent for a 2 Bed room furnished home or
apartment be ? and how do i get in touch with the real estate agents
around that sub urb ?
3.How difficult is it to get a NSW Drivers license [ i have an
international Drivers license in englosh ]
4.which are the good places to hang out around West Ryde - Ryde over
the wekends?
5.Is there is a particualr place in sydney that the Indian festivals
and other parties happen ?
6.will be great if you can lead me to other similar forums

and for your information the indian suburb in australia is homebush
place where srilankan and indians are staying alot.

and the rentals are 280 - 320 per week for 2 bed room apartments

and its so easy for you get wiht real estate agents, but please b
carefull not every real estate agents are genuine.

searching for someone to share an apartment in strathfield which i
near homebush, and the rental is 280 per week so it means 140 pe
person.
