Hi, me and my husband and my 19 year old son are moving to Perth end of February, in the process of sorting our house out ready for the move. Cant quite believe we are moving so far away, very nervous, but looking forward to this new life in Australia.

Na, your not to far away from Rockinghapm at Secret Harbour Kaz and probably about 20 mins by train to the CBD

We love Perth and Fremantle area not emigrated yet still in the process. We have spent time in quite a few places in Oz over the last few years and just love it, in fact we were so "homesick" for Fremantle and Perth when we got back in January we spent every last spare penny we had to go back in June 2010! We are already selling up in the UK and moving to rented in preparation for getting a visa. We love it in Oz, we know there are loads of people that don't stay and come back after a couple of years, but I think as long as you go out there with the right attitude you will be fine. Your friends and family inthe UK won't really be so far away, technology links us all! We're so pleased for you going and can't wait to go ourselves!
