    Hi puneetsharma99,
AFAIK most companies avoid placing ads. Most of them prefer to work with recruiting companies, so most jobs you will find advertised on internet and newspapers are posted by headhunters or recruiters whom you'll contact at first, then reviewing your CV or resume will call you for a phone or personal interview. If you pass the interview, then the company interested will have an interview with you. One of the recommendations I have read are to contact recruiters beforehand either way you are applaying to an ad or not.
