I have now 105 points after the revoked MODL point.
Can I apply for 176 subclass before getting the State Sponsor?

By the by, I am waiting for EA assessment result and my occupation is now in the CSL .But Mid 2010 CSL will be revoked also.
So please advice me how can I make the process faster to get rid of CSL revoked?

Hi Saif,
i have the same situation. i applied for EA on December 09 and expecting their reply by next April. however, too many changes could happen then.
if you found an advice, please share it.
