Hello All,

We have got PR couple of years back and we already validated the visas. Meanwhile we got a new baby who is one year old now. When I checked the website it is mentioned that parents needs to get police clearance certificate to the child visa.

Questions:
1. Do we need to get ( me and spouse ) fresh police clearance certificate for applying for the child visa?

2. A statutory declaration from each person with a legal responsibility to the child stating that they have no objection to the child’s migration is also needed as per the website.
How do we get the above declaration?. Is it ok if we can get this attested from a notary?
