Sorry Abudllah, I was overseas and did not see your message before. I would not worry if I were you. This kind of discrepancy in spelling of foreign names happens all the time. Amin Rahman
Dear Amin Bhai, As I'm also a Bangladeshi applicant, I'm seeking for some help from you about one confusion regarding my application. I have raised this issue in several forums and found various confusing comments and need an expert comment from an expert like you. Following are my situations: I've lodged an e-visa under 176-Family Sponsored(Have CSL: IT Professional NEC- Specialising in Oracle). The confusion that I have is : in my documents that I've submitted, some of them(Marriage Cert, Experience Cert.) have my name written as : "Abdullah-Al-Kawsar" with the hyphens in the middle, but in my passport and also in the application I didn't use the hyphens in between as separator. Is it going to be a problem? My CO hasn't yet ask for any clarification for this. My Job description is been inquired and responded by my HR on 30th Dec 2009. Please confirm me as I'm a bit worried about the hyphens in my name. Thanks in advance, Abdullah Al Kawsar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
