Look at www.multimap.com and print off a map of Perth and it's suburbs,
then have a look at some real estate websites to get a feel of house
prices in different areas.
Like anywhere property prices vary between different areas, for example
Cottesloe is generally quite expensive, places like South Fremantle are
slightly cheaper. The more inland you go, generally property gets
cheaper. Depends what you have to spend and what property you are
looking for.

Nollamara
Armadale
Bentley (maybe)
and suburbs directly nearby...
