What’s is article popularity?
Article Popularity is measure by little plugin which keeps track of all the activity on our website.
The figure you see at the bottom of each post is based on a number of factors including such things as page views, number of comments and links back to the article from elsewhere within getting down under and other websites.
The popularity display you see (for example: Popularity: 27% [?]) is the rank of that post or page compared to the other posts and pages on our site.
Since page view counts, etc. are cumulative, newer posts will generally have lower popularity values than older posts. This, of course, evens out over time ![]()
